It’s new and it changes every few weeks, so we train your team and work out with you where it fits and what’s safe. Then we build it and look after it, all in your own accounts.
I spent over a decade in internal audit finding where things go wrong. So the checks are designed in from the start and nothing is switched on until you’ve signed it off.
How it works
Map it, plan it, start it
In month one we map the processes behind your first quarter’s work with the people who do it, write a roadmap for the next quarter and set up your server in your own name. The first automation starts the same month.
Build at your pace
We work down the roadmap one, two or three pieces at a time, depending on your package. Each piece ends as something finished and working, with a handover note so your people can change it. We aim for your first automation to be running by the end of month two.
Review and re-plan
Businesses change and so do the tools. At the end of month two, then every quarter, we review what’s running and plan the next quarter.

Every package starts the same way: in month one we map your processes and give you a roadmap you keep, whatever you decide next. After that, the difference is how much we work on at once.

We map the processes behind your first quarter’s work, step by step, with the people who do them. You get those process maps, a list of suggested improvements and a roadmap for the next quarter showing which processes to automate or hand to AI, the month each one lands and the hours each is planned to take off your team’s week. The roadmap is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
One project on the go
One item from your roadmap is in progress at a time: an automation, or a process run by AI, such as an assistant that answers your team’s questions from your own documents. When it’s live, the next one starts. Training sessions come on top, so they never take a place.
Governance built into everything we build
Before anything is switched on, we check what could go wrong and build the controls in. Each build comes with a short note on what it sees, where your data goes and who checks its work. Nothing an AI writes reaches a customer without a person approving it.
Your AI tools set up safely for your team
Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude: we set up the accounts, the settings and what each tool keeps of your data, so your team can use them safely. Like any piece of work, this uses part of your days.
Your server set up in your name and looked after
Your server sits in your own name. We set it up with security updates and backups switched on, then keep it updated, monitored and backed up. The server bill is covered by your fee too, for up to 20 automations, then we review it with you.
If a critical workflow stops, we start fixing it within three working days
A critical workflow is one your business depends on, such as invoicing your customers, rather than one that tidies a spreadsheet on a Friday. We agree which ones are critical when you sign each build off, along with the response time for everything else.
One AI training session a year
Ninety minutes, on site if you’re nearby or online: an hour on using AI well, such as better prompting or what a tool can do, then half an hour for your questions. Bring as many of your team as you like.
Roadmap review every quarter
The first review is at the end of month two, then every quarter. Together we look at what’s done, what’s now running and what’s changed in your business, then plan the next quarter in detail.
A short progress report every month
One page: what was finished, what’s next, the hours a week saved so far against the baseline we take in month one and a health check on everything that’s running.

Send us the vendor’s email or the demo notes and you get an independent read: what it does, what it overlaps with, what it would see of your data and whether the claim holds up.

Larger AI projects, built in stages
The bigger pieces need more than one month. For example, AI that sorts and summarises your incoming email or documents, or an assistant that answers questions from your own files. Before we build, we tell you which AI service it uses and what information it sees. Then you decide. If it needs a private AI model of your own, its running cost is priced separately.
A yearly review of the AI you run, with a safeguards summary to share
Once a year, we look over the AI and automation you already use, including other suppliers’ tools: what could go wrong, what safeguards are in place and who is responsible if it does. You also get a one-page summary of your safeguards to share with clients or insurers. It’s advice, not a certificate.
We write your answers when clients or insurers ask about your AI
When a client, insurer or auditor sends a questionnaire asking how you use AI, we write the answers from what we know of your setup. You check them and send them.

A rule of thumb: if something has to be written or judged fresh each time, that’s AI. If it follows the same steps every time, that’s automation. Each one built, tested on your systems, written up and handed over. More examples
Pay monthly in advance. Stop with one month’s notice, so the least anyone pays is two months. Move up or down a package with a month’s notice. The pace is how many projects are on the go, not a meter of hours. The process counts are our planning estimates, not a promise of results. While you’re on a package, any extra one-off work is 20% off our standard prices, from your second month. Hosting and upkeep of what we build are covered by your fee for up to 20 automations, then reviewed with you. AI services and software licences go on your own accounts, so you see exactly what they cost.
An auditor’s eye before anything is built
I spent over a decade in internal audit, finding where things go wrong in how a business runs. Now I use that to build AI and process automation you can trust. I’ll also tell you plainly when something isn’t worth automating at all.
The process comes first
Talk me through a process and I’ll map it as you go. I’ll show you the critical steps, where work is done twice and which parts can and can’t be automated. Then we optimise it before anything is automated.
Risks found, controls built in
Every automation and AI step is checked for what could go wrong, with controls built in and a person checking the AI’s work before anything reaches a customer.
Yours to keep
Your server, your accounts and your data are in your name from day one. You keep a permanent licence to use and change everything we build, or have someone else change it, even if you stop.
Independent
No commission from any software vendor, so we recommend what fits you. If AI isn’t the right answer for a job, we’ll say so.

Questions
Is there a minimum term?
No fixed term. You pay monthly in advance. If you give notice, the month you’re in stays paid and there’s one more after it, so the least anyone pays is two months. There are no part months.
Do we own what you build?
Everything is set up in your own accounts, so your server, your data and your systems are yours from day one. The work itself stays ours. You get a permanent licence to use it, change it or have someone else change it, including anything part-finished from a month you’ve paid for. We keep the right to reuse the work, our methods and our techniques elsewhere.
Is there anything else to pay?
Nothing for our work. Your server, its bill, updates, monitoring and backups are all covered by your fee for up to 20 automations, then we review it with you. Charges from outside AI services and any software licences go on your own accounts. A private AI model is priced separately if you want one.
Do your prices include VAT?
We’re not VAT registered at the moment, so there’s no VAT to add. If that changes, we’ll tell you in writing before it applies.
Where does our data go?
It stays on your own server and in your own accounts. If an automation uses an outside AI service, we tell you which one and what information it will see before we build it. Then you decide.
What if something stops working?
Every automation has a failure alert built in and we monitor your server, so we hear about a fault quickly. How fast we respond depends on how critical the workflow is to your business. We agree that with you when you sign off each build.
What if we want to stop building but keep things running?
We can keep looking after your server and automations for a smaller monthly fee, quoted in writing. Or we hand everything over and you run it yourselves.
Can we just have one thing done?
Usually a package is the better route, because the roadmap means we build the right thing first. If you’d rather start with an independent look at how your business runs, the two-day audit is £1,995 and stands on its own. A single piece of work is quoted from a short call, from £1,495.
